hi, im using elements 11 which I use for sublimation mug designing and the problem I have is that I can make mug design with a grey background on elements and when it prints it turns out green? I downloaded the trial elements 16 to see if that was the problem but no. any ideas? thanks craig

Installing Photoshop Elements 2019
I have just received elements 2019 as an update on DVD. I cannot get beyond the preference screen, it will not fully expand showing only language and part of preferred file location.
I am running Window 10 and have a 24 inch monitor set to 1920 by 1200 the recommended settings. text size set to 100% (recommended).
Any ideas?

Elements Crashing...
I have installed the Elements update thinking that may stop the issue...I can open Elements but I click on one thing and it crashes. Over and over again. Any solutions???

PSE 2019 CRASHING
Hi,
I have installed 2019 PSE & if I leave the programme open for 20 minutes or so and return to it, it is crashing. (spinning beach ball)
One or 2 of the other designers in our office have this problem. Does anyone have a solution or having the same issue?

Problems with oranizer in PE10
I have problem when I install PE10 again. I know its an old program but I use for organize my photos
When the program starts it goes down again after 5 min. If I try to use it it goes down at once

Elements 14.1 stops during startup
I have used Elements successfully for several years. I am using Windows 10 64 bit version and now probably after recent updates the Element stops during the startup phase "Reading Workspaces Modes". Reinstallation do not help. Solutions?

Upgraded to Photoshop Elements PSE 2019, still can't read the latest Nikon Raw files
I recently upgraded to Photoshop Elements PSE 2019,
but it still can't read the latest Nikon .NEF Raw files produced by the Nikon D3500 camera.
Adobe updated the ACR for Photoshop. When will they update it for PSE?
And when I batch convert the files using Adobe DNG Converter,
I find that Adobe has not updated the DNG codec for years,
so I can't see icons, or see them with Windows Photo Viewer.

Bought Elements 14 & can't reinstall it or get it to run - Adobe no help available
So I bought the program ( have the box & license) and can't get it to run correctly. I installed and got the box that shows Editor, Organizer etc but when I click on Organize it hangs ie I get a blank window and even overnight nothing happens. I unstalled 3 times & even ran the Adobe Creative Cloud removal tool. And I rebooted everytime yet nothing. I even downloaded version 19 trial and it ran fine. Even though I bought it Adobe provides zero help as there is no way to get to chat. Funny how if I wanted I could pay $100 to buy version 19 yet still no help available. About the only thing I can think of causing it to hang is Adobe insists on installing muliple versions of Microsoft Visual C++ 2005 & 2008, so it now show like 5 versions Version 10

I sure hope someone can help me. I purchased the Adobe Photoshop Elements 2019 CD. Is this just an information CD? Why can't I begin my project? All I see are tutorials and everything points me to the website where it is still asking me to purchase it all over again.

Unable to load Elements Organizer catalog
Hi,
I had no issued up until about 1-7 November. Up to this this point, the catalog loaded no problem and I was able to use it without issue.
I use Elements 15 on a Window 10 OS (Version 10.0.17763 Build 17763), using a Dell XPS 15 (9560) laptop with 32Gb RAM and NVIDIA(R) GeForce(R) GTX 1050 with 4GB GDDR5 graphics memory. The latter is running the latest device driver 23.21.13.9125.
Up until about one week ago, I was having no problem opening and editing my catalog; it contains approximately 29,000 photos. Since last week it simply will not load. The Organizer opens and reports that it is opening the catalog. It then finishes loading and within a few seconds the whole application disappears. I have tried creating new catalogs; switching off face recognition and smart tagging in a bid to make the catalog data files (2.1Gb) smaller; however, although this did reduce the catalog initially, the same issue happens with the newly created catalog. I have also tried Repair and Optimize; repeatedly. These too are not helping. I finally uninstalled and reinstalled Elements but this too has not helped. The same issue happens.
I has left me perplexed. This is a new and powerful laptop running newish (2016) software but it is now useless. It is the original installation from Dell albeit some updates (by Dell) have been run.
Has anyone had a similar experience? Does anyone have any thoughts on what this could be? I cannot get a clear understanding from the Event Log information. What does it mean?

Will elements 2018 organizer change the source folder of images.
I am looking to use Photoshop Elements 2018 and Organizer to edit and organise my images.
The problem I have is that at the moment I have thousands of images in one folder within "my pictures". Is it possible to get organiser to change this, I understand in the program things will be all nice and neat, but will it also change the source location of the images. or maybe even create a second copy?
I'm hoping to achieve an organised folder structure within windows as well as the program.

Moving Photoshop Elements to a new laptop
This always seems to be a problem. I purchased Photoshop Elements 15.0 a few years ago and have been very happy with it. I have just purchased a new laptop and moving /installing my programs onto it. I have downloaded Photoshop Elements 15.0 but when I enter the correct 24-digit serial number dialog says this is invalid. On troubleshooting page I have tried some of the solutions (solution 1 said use the correct installer but I have NO IDEA what that is!; solution 2 said delete activation base files but the particular ones are not on my computer!; solution 3 run the CC cleaner tool which I did; solution 4 says run in trial mode then convert but I can't download elements15 in trial mode; solution 5 create a new account - I've done this and tried to reinstal but it still rejects my 24-digit serial number. I have tried logging into my adobe account to check the correct serial number is on record and it does not show my elements software at all!)
Soooo. Very frustrated over trying to do what everyone must do when they upgrade computers!

Elements 11 freezing & closing
I've never had a problem with elements working until yesterday when i tried at least 10 times to magic extract a portion of an image (I've done that a million times) and when I go to copy the image the program just shuts down and closes. I have un and re installed twice and it keeps doing this.
I have a macbook pro. Are there caches that need cleaned out or something?
Any suggestions would be very appreciated!

PSE 15 failure after Mojave installation
Immediately after the installation of Mojave on my Apple PC, PSE 15 appeared to be unusable since a extrem slow down in Performance. I already learned that the performance is good if the Organizer is switched of. However, this can't be a solution for ever. What can be done?

Elements 11 not recognizing HEIC Apple iPhone pictures
Hi. I have the iPhone X and accidentally took pictures recently that have the HEIC (high efficiency image) extension, not jpeg. When I went to edit these pictures in Photoshop Elements 11, the program says it does not recognize this picture format. Is there an update to Photoshop Elements 11 that I can download to accomodate this file type (HEIC), or an easy way to convert HEIC format to the more familiar jpeg? Thanks!

New file default size
I almost always use the same size when opening a new file but Elements 18 keeps opening it at different sizes. I then have to drop down my clipboard to use the default setting that I have put in.
Does anybody know how to make it open the same size every time without it changing itself please?

Turn off automatically png add
Hello,
My name is Lianne and I live in the Netherlands.
Since I have started using Photoshop Elements I really enjoy using this program.
Recently I created my own logo wich is an png.
Now all of a sudden this png is added automaticly to every photo that I open in this program.
Even in windows photo viewer the logo is added.
But this is something I don´t want.
Who can help me? Cause honestly I don't know what I have don that this happend.

Saving resized files
Having resized my photo to a smaller size to save it a message comes up , could not complete save command because there is not enough memory. [RAM] But my computer has loads of memory ???
Can anyone help as at present elements is not a lot of use to me if I cannot resize and save my photos.
